TERMS OF SERVICE

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and SISAL, s.r.o. ("Company", "we", "us"), concerning your use of the sisalsro.xyz website and the "Sisal Manager" mobile application (the "Service").

3. NATURE OF THE SERVICE "Sisal Manager" is a fantasy sports roster management simulator.

• Free-to-Play: The Service is completely free.
• Simulation Only: All in-game budgets and player market values utilize virtual simulation points. The Service does not offer real-money transactions, betting, or any opportunity to win real money.

4. PRIVACY AND LOCAL DATA

• No Registration: You do not need an account to use the App.
• Local Storage: All roster data, watchlists, and league progress are saved locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your simulation data to external servers. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes this data.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All software code, UI designs, and graphics within the App are the property of SISAL, s.r.o. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Czech Republic, SISAL, s.r.o. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including data loss.

7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague.
